..was December f*cked up (food-wise) or what oO
I ate like a ton of sugar in all possible shapes.. had hardly any vegetables.. had some fruit.. DISASTER
But I decided not to whine about it too much. On the bright side I did get used to drinking a lot of different types of tea throughout the day and it doesn’t seem like my body is showing all the wrong stuff I put in it. Which is great but also bad because I don’t feel as bad as I should in the end. Or should I?
Anyway, January is almost half gone and I didn’t want to make the whole getting fitter thing a New Years resolution (none of that ever works out) so here I am, starting on January 11th, back on my feel-good-journey.
Good food, moving around (and at some point serious exercising), a looot of water and tea and laughing and… happier me in a couple of months <3
